Union Hospitality Beyond (UHB) is a luxury hotel membership company based in Lahore, Pakistan. We offer exclusive discounts and privileges at top 3, 4, and 5-star hotels across Pakistan.
Membership
All UHB memberships are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
You can apply through the website membership inquiry form or contact the UHB team by phone or WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through package selection and activation.
Yes. A duplicate card can be requested upon payment of the duplicate card fee. However, vouchers cannot be re-issued under any circumstances.
Choose based on your expected hotel usage, voucher needs, and travel frequency. If you are unsure, submit an inquiry and our team can recommend a suitable package.
No. UHB membership is non-transferable.
Vouchers
Contact our helpline or WhatsApp at +92 300 076 5208 to make a reservation at a participating hotel. Advance booking is required for all vouchers.
Vouchers are generally applicable on panel hotels only. Demand hotels usually offer member discounts but do not accept vouchers unless specifically confirmed.
Yes. All unutilized vouchers are renewed at the time of membership renewal.
Booking
Use the Book Hotel form or send a hotel inquiry from the hotel detail page. The booking team will confirm availability, discount terms, and next steps.
Panel hotels are properties where your UHB vouchers are applicable in addition to the standard discounts. Demand hotels offer discounted rates but vouchers are not applicable there.
Yes. UHB members receive 10–15% discount on air tickets through our travel services. Contact us on our hotline to arrange.
Payment
No. The membership fee is non-refundable once processed.
After payment, the admin team updates your member record and payment status. Keep your transaction details available for verification.
Renewal
Members should renew before expiry to avoid interruption in benefits. UHB may send renewal reminders by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
